Taylor-Swift
Taylor Swift, in full Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13 1989 West Reading Pennsylvania U.S.) American pop and country musician and singer whose tales of young heartache achieved widespread success in the early 21st century. Swift was a fan of music at an early age and she progressed quickly from roles in theatre for children until her first performance before the crowd of a thousand. When Swift sang The Star-Spangled Banner in front of a Philadelphia 76ers game at age 11. She was already composing songs. After that, she took up guitar. Swift, who took her influences from the music of Shania Twain as well as the Dixie Chicks now known as The Chicks within the realm in country music created the original songs she wrote to express her experience with alienation. When she was 13 Swift's parents decided to sell their farm in Pennsylvania to move into Hendersonville Tennessee so she could dedicate more time to courting country labels in nearby Nashville.
